The Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) created the prestigious MAC Awards in 1986 to recognize the most impactful and creative credit union marketing projects and campaigns across the nation.

Point West Credit Union, which won a Gold MAC Award in the $500 Million and Less category, has striven to bring financial inclusion and empowerment to the Portland, Oregon metro area for more than 80 years. They are proud to be a not-for-profit, member-owned financial institution working to lift up the underserved, including immigrants, communities of color, and small businesses. Marine Credit Union, which won a Gold MAC Award in the $1 Billion and Greater category, has been committed to community since it opened the doors to its first branch nearly a century ago. This commitment has helped the credit union expand to locations in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota, where it serves over 85,000 members today.
