Guided selling options help visitors choose the best-fit options based on criteria they select, and interactive calculators pull the most updated rates to help visitors estimate potential monthly payments before making a buying decision.

Telling the Call Federal story
Dual homepage functionality offers custom versions of the homepage based on whether or not visitors have previously logged into online banking. This allows Call Federal to tailor its messaging to members and prospects, focusing more on what sets Call Federal apart from other institutions on the prospect-facing homepage and using the member-facing homepage to highlight how Call Federal can support its members’ financial journeys and the credit union’s impact in the community. A comprehensive “Our Story” page delves into the credit union’s mission, values, impact, and history.
OBJECTIVE 3
Simplifying and making it easy
Whether visitors are looking for information about a product or service, are ready to apply for a loan or open an account, or need to find a nearby ATM, the site’s revamped and highly intuitive navigation gets them where they need to go. Rates are easily located on a dedicated page and integrated on relevant product pages. Visitors can also click on “Apply for a loan” and “Pay a loan” from the utility navigation to easily apply or pay online, or find another option that meets their needs.
