Our Commitment to Impact
We don’t just have one bottom line — we have three. Our people, planet, and profit drive all of our business decisions.
Certified B Corp
As a B Corp, we believe that business can, and should be, a force for good. We balance purpose and profit by answering to a triple bottom line, measuring social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability as part of the nonprofit B Lab’s biannual certification process.
Worker-Owned Cooperative
PixelSpoke is a worker-owned cooperative, which means we’re owned and run democratically by our worker owners. This ownership structure enables us to live our beliefs by promoting civic participation, reducing inequality, increasing employee engagement, and ensuring our long-term sustainability.
Committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
PixelSpoke stands against all forms of oppression, including racism, transphobia, classism, sexism, ableism, and xenophobia. Our shared passion for empathy, kindness, and positive change has motivated us to look deeply at our role in perpetuating systemic inequality. To make diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) a core focus in our company’s strategy, policies, and practices, we commit to taking focused and sustained action through listening to the voices of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and marginalized peoples, prioritizing ongoing DEI trainings for our team, bringing more historically untapped people into our community, advocating for legislative change, and supporting organizations that work toward expanding opportunity and creating a more just and equitable world.
Carbon Neutral
We’ve joined TerraPass in the fight against climate change by funding projects that destroy greenhouse gases and produce renewable energy. Our low carbon footprint, coupled with the purchase of carbon offsets through TerraPass, has enabled us to significantly reduce our carbon footprint.
