It Launched! USE Credit Union’s New Website is Live

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of USE Credit Union’s new website! Founded in 1936, USECU provides a broad array of financial products and services to more than 60,000 members throughout California.

From the outset of the project, PixelSpoke and USECU identified three primary goals for the website redesign:

 

1. Help visitors find what they need with user-friendly navigation and with interactive tools

Whether using a desktop, tablet or phone, visitors to USECU’s new website can enjoy a cleaner, simpler look with easy-to-use navigation; interactive product shopping; and relevant rates, forms and FAQs. USECU’s new location finder points members to their nearest branch or ATM from any device, including more than 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs and 6,000 shared branches across the country.

USECU’s new homepage is personalized to the needs of prospects and current members, based on whether or not a visitor has previously logged into online banking. The prospect version guides visitors to right-fit products and services based on goals like “make college a reality for me,” “help me buy my dream home,” and “transform debt into stability.”

 

2. Bring USECU’s culture and communities to life

The homepage also features compelling member stories as part of USECU’s “Dreammakers in Action” series, including: “How the Hoyo family tackled COVID-19,” “How Karen and Steven were able to manage the costs of grandparent parenthood,” and “How Dana finished college and recovered from bankruptcy.” On the “Join” page, USECU further elaborates on its unique culture and community focus, encouraging prospects to “map their dreams” with a beautifully animated sequence of reasons for becoming part of the USECU family. These are followed by impressive impact numbers that demonstrate USECU’s commitment to giving back.

 

3. Support members with comprehensive financial wellness resources

USECU has long been dedicated to its members’ financial wellness, and its new website offers an array of educational resources, including articles, calculators, events, worksheets, videos, and an e-learning portal. Calculators are also integrated into relevant product pages so that members or prospects exploring savings accounts or loan products can better understand how much interest they can earn, or how different loan terms can impact their estimated monthly loan payment.
