We’re excited to announce the launch of Del Norte Credit Union’s new website! Chartered in 1954, DNCU serves more than 57,000 members throughout New Mexico and the United States.
From the outset of the project, PixelSpoke and DNCU identified three primary goals for the website redesign:
- Seamlessly integrate a robust suite of digital services and tools
- Support outlying communities by facilitating personal connections
- Capture and tell stories of improving lives
Whether using a desktop, tablet or phone, visitors to DNCU’s new website can enjoy a cleaner, simpler look with easy-to-use navigation; relevant rates and FAQs; pathways for joining and applying online; and interactive tools for calculating loan payments. The site also offers an overview of educational resources from DNCU’s financial wellness partner, GreenPath, as well as a comprehensive blog.
The homepage clearly outlines the many ways that the DNCU team is committed to supporting its members “24 hours a day, 7 days a week.” Compelling videos on the “Who We are” page humanize the credit union and demonstrate its leaders’ passion for the cooperative, for DNCU members, and for the credit union’s mission of Improving Lives.
Throughout the site, testimonials, photos, and stories from real members show visitors how DNCU fulfills its mission. Impact numbers further reinforce DNCU’s clear commitment to its members and community, and a “Community Engagement” section of the blog showcases the depth and breadth of the credit union’s to improve the lives of everyone, not just members, in the areas it serves.
