PixelSpoke COVID-19 Update

During these uncertain times, every business must decide how to balance the needs of its employees, its clients or customers, and the general public at large. At PixelSpoke, we feel fortunate that we can continue to work remotely to meet our clients’ needs.
As of Thursday, March 12, we have mandated that our employees work from home for a minimum of 30 days, at which point we will reassess our options. We already have part-time work from home options in place, and thanks to our cloud-based systems, this will not slow or disrupt the team’s productivity.
We can unequivocally assure you that: 1) for those of you hosting your website with us, your website will remain secure and live, and 2) for those of you who are working on in-progress projects with us, we have no plans to postpone or cancel any projects.
PixelSpoke has also adopted a Business Continuity Plan, which we can provide our clients a copy of upon request, that provides for the continuation of critical business functions in the event of a significant business disruption including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation strikes, technical failures, cyber security attacks, etc. As a part of regular and thorough compliance assessments, our hosting providers are required to have contingency plans in place, and we are actively watching for updates from them.
